Yay school!
School is finally starting, I'm not sure of my new room mate as of yet, the dorm is nice though. I have been somewhat Anti-social thus far, but classes starting tomorrow, I will be forced to socialize somewhat. :P My esperanto is getting there, though random stuff keeps preventing me to double up lessons... :( Never the less, I am writing some simple poems and storys right now, once these get to a level past a... four year old, I may start to post them. On second thought, 6 is my goal. :D

Religion and Music
I had an argument with my mother today, twas not the most pleasant, she desires me to go through the full catholic rites, Confirmation, because I went through baptism and first communion. Her idea was that it provides a basis to come back on, which made no sense to me, seeing as how I don't believe in the church's thoughts, nor do I worship Jehovah/Yahweh. Also, it seems somewhat against the whole point of the matter to undergo such rights and initiations when you don't believe in any of it, and for that matter, a religion that requires you to do such in order to not be punished forever after this existence, I could never follow, and would instead willfully undertake the side of its' foes and march upon its' gates (in this case that would work out as marching upon gates of heaven with the host of Lucifer.)
I felt that I should not explain my actual thoughts on religion, because she would have defiantly been furious to learn that her son is a heathen, though I have talked about it before... So this proves that she does not listen to what I say, and tones me out. Nice for a single parent to do that to her only child. :( I guess though, she does have some bearings to be mad, as I don't worship her gods, in one book there was a quote with the effect of "One should worship the gods of his fathers (mother here)" being said by an African tribesman whose son had converted to Christianity.
In Other news, I have been finding allot of Soviet Metal bands, Железный поток, Ария, and МАСТЕР being the most plentiful in terms of acquisitions. They are quite good, and I can piece together a fair amount of the Lyrics, (though often they are in English too...) though I'm not a fan of singing as such, and disregard the lyrics to most music anyways. In allot of metal, like the band Living Death, the vocals are dreadful, and thus I have learned to drown them out mentally, so that I can enjoy just the music, (though the vocal line its' self is sometimes payed attention to.)

I've not given up... (day 8)
I've just been a bit lazy and have not updated... I have; however been doing the lessons, and am currently at lesson 8 and will do nine on the marrow. Thus far... The accusative -n is somewhat annoying as I'm not used to cases... My vocabulary is about 130 words thus far, which is not bad, not amazing either, but tis a system... I recently discovered that there is an Esperanto association quite close by, though I won't be contacting or such until I have reached a level of competence. (or familiarity...)

Day One (and two, too)
Last night I started, going through the orthography, and I had a little problem figuring out why certain diphthongs were labeled as such, as they seemed to just be those two letters pronounced separately, then I realized that I was using the English y when ever a j occurred, thus Kaj being pronounced "Kai" seemed obvious... I did that around two am, and because I had to be up at dawn, I went to bed right after.
The next night, I begun lesson two, which started with some 24 words, and very simple sentences to read, and then English ones to translate. By this point, I was already able to read the Esperanto without thinking, sound wise, not meaning... One random thing though, violo, a violet, is a very odd word to learn now, especially as I had to do a google search to see what a violet was... (At first I thought it was violet, as in purple, though looking at the ending again, I realized my flaw...)

Esperanto - The 50 day goal
I will soon be starting about a lesson a day (or more) on Esperanto, using Ivy Kellerman's Grammar.
http://www.gutenberg.org/etext/7787
Now, it has 60 lessons, but I will be going through the early parts more quickly, as well as some days when I have allot of time, which will allow me to cut 10 days, so I will complete the last lesson on my birthday, October 2nd.

I understand ALLOT more Russian then I thought I did...
I'm talking to a friend on Skype, but we get to a point where she isn't sure how to say it in English. So I say, "Maybe I will be able to peace the russian together slowly?" She writes out...
Просто я думаю, что когда я думаю о муже и детях, я скорее думаю о себе, нежели о других людях
Which I translated to...
Simply, I think that when I think about the husband and children, it is not that I think about the idea of them, rather than about the people them selves.
And now... I think that is quite a bit more advanced then what I thought I could do. :P Now... If I get the skills to write that my self, yay! :P

Spice and Wolf & Omegle
I've never been an Otaku or anything, although I have liked some animes here and there: Black Lagoon, Elfin Lied, Akira, Samuri X, Paprika, Cowboy Bebop, Vampire Knight, School Days, and others which I cannot recall... anyway, Spice and Wolf. Quite awesome, it is about a traveling merchant in a world based on Renasounce Europe. :) Even though I'm a sucked for such fasion:

The story it's self is perfect. Another anime I have been watching of late, East of Eden. It's coming out with an episode per week, which is somewhat anoying as everything else I've seen has been done, or new stuff isn't out in forever. :P
Peoples
I found this site, http://omegle.com/ which is a random chat, you go to it, and it directs you to random peoples. I found some good people to talk to, and many... not so much. :/ One of the people that I met via Omegle, was talking to me about various TV shows:
and the episode on which it was based:
And yeah... :) Good stuff that I would not have learned about other wise.
